For those chasing something a little brighter, our $16 cocktails bring the spirit of the Med to your glass. From sun-soaked classics like Aperol Spritz and Piña Colada to tropical favourites shaken with fresh fruit, every pour is designed for long afternoons by the water.
This season, we’re celebrating the launch of our latest cocktail, a Mediterranean twist on a classic: the Metaxa Paloma. A bright, zesty mix of Metaxa 7 Star, blood orange & hibiscus aperitif, grapefruit, and soda. Crafted exclusively for Happy Hour. Limited and irresistible, it’s here for a short time only.
